NOTE: This only works on somewhat stuiped people, and any SOMETIMES protects from scanners picking them up when it is ran!
Well, don't bs me for this, but this is my way. I'm not sure if anyone else thought of this already, but I did come up with this myself a while back.
STEP 1: Create a folder to put the stuff in.
STEP 2: Inside that folder create a compressed folder and place the trojan/keylogger in it.
STEP 3: Right-click anywhere inside the compressed folder, and click "Add a password..."
STEP 4: Make a password, better if simple like "ABC" or "12345"
STEP 5: In the folder where the project is stored in, where there should be a compressed folder, make a text document.
STEP 6: In the text document, write some instructions, see step 7.
STEP 7: In the "help file" say something like this(this was part of a document I put with a keylogger runescape password cracker):

1.) VIRUS SCAN THIS FILE IF YOU HAVENT ALREADY! IF YOU DONT, YOU ARE
AT RISK DURING THE NEXT FEW STEPS!!! When I first made this package, everything
was virus free. In the next few steps, you have to disable your antivirus
software. There is always a possibility that this could be a modified version
of the original package and will contain viruses!
2.) If you scanned all the files in this package, and nothing came up,
then procede. If any warnings came up, ignore them AT YOUR OWN RISK.
3.)On the taskbar(the icons next to the clock), exit out of all anti-virus,
anti-spy, anti-malware software. All of those prevent the program from
changing the proxies, which will let the cracker only guess 5 times,
and some error messages pop up.
4.) Up to now, you should have scanned the files in this package, and
have dissabled your anti-virus software.
5.) Go into the compressed folder in this package called "Password Cracker"
6.) Open up the file called "Runescape Password Cracker"
7.) It will tell you to type in a password, the password is "12345",
type it in and press ok.
8.) Next, the program will open up
9.) Click the load button for usernames, and then locate and open the
text document in this package called "Usernames.txt"
10.) Click the load button on passwords, and then locate and open the
text document in this package called "Passwords.txt"
11.) Third, click the load putton on proxies, and then locate and open
the text document in this package called "Proxies.txt"
12.) Click the button that says start, and it will start guessing.
13.) Once it finds an account, a popup window appears, which the username
and password are in. Any more accounts after the first one will also appear
in that same window.

Basically, once they scan it(nothing will come up), they will think the file is clean, and dissable their antivirus software. Then they type in password and install/open the file. Also, the text document should be named something like this: "READ THIS OR PROGRAM WONT WORK.txt"
A lot of people wouldnt read the file if you just named it something like "Help" or "Read This First"
The ending thing should look something like this:
Ending Notes: WHEN FILES ARE IN COMPRESSED FOLDER WITH A PASSWORD, NO ANTIVIRUS SCANNERS CAN SCAN THEM!!
