Is varza la flood! Dar m-a uimit ceva, ca incepator... am intrat odata pe irc, fara user fara nimic de protectie al ip-ului. Avand ceva divergente cu cineva, imi zice respectivu "Primesti flood Suna-ma pe nr ... asta cand mai vrei net!" Cum se poate asa ceva? Intreb si eu  Daca m-ati putea ajuta cu ceva program care sa mearga suta la suta sa floodez ip-ul la cineva fara sa depinda de viteza care o am la internet. Va multumesc anticipat  .

O intrebare am : " Cum ti-ai dat tu seama ca ai ramas fara net ? ". Ce consideri netu ? 
Stai calm , incerc doar sa realizez , in ciuda faptului ca tu te exprimi in acest mod.
Ca sa-ti raspund la intrebare : nu exista 100 % intr-o lume relativa . Noroc sa retelele sunt in mare standardizate .
O a doua intrebare : Ce inseamna flood pentru tine ? Dar viteza de net ? Daca realizezi acest doi termeni , s-ar putea sa-ti inchipui singur raspunsul in aceasta noapte .
